To my surprise, this book practically echoed what I had already been convinced was the basic principles in order to lose weight effectively.

From numerous recommended exercise approaches, to listing a wide variety of healthy nutritious food items, this 63 page book goes into great detail on the benefits of what and why you should follow particular exercise and nutrition regimens.

This book also goes into examples of what not to do, what foods to avoid, and dispels a good number of "truths" - myths that have long believed to have been factual.
